What is Ofsted?
Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. We report directly to Parliament and we are independent and impartial. We inspect and regulate services which care for children and young people, and those providing education and skills for learners of all ages.
Every week, we carry out hundreds of inspections and regulatory visits throughout England, and publish the results on our website. To find an inspection report, go to the Find an inspection report page. We work with providers which are not yet good to promote their improvement, monitoring their progress and sharing with them the best practice we find.
How did we get on?
For more information read the attached report from the inspection carried out in June 2014
Moreton School on Ofsted
In 2017 Moreton School joined the Amethyst Academies Trust as a sponsor school and as such we are a ‘new’ school.
Parent View asks for your opinion on 12 aspects of your child’s school, from the quality of teaching, to dealing with bullying and poor behaviour. If your child is at a boarding or a residential special school, it also asks for your opinion on five aspects of your child’s boarding or welfare.
If you have a child at our school and would like to give some feedback you can go to Parent View by clicking the Parent View logo.
